1st I want to say I absolutely love Hyundai Palisade! This is my 2nd vehicle bought from Ridge Delcambre. My first time experience buying from him exceeded my expectations. Very professional and patient. Although this 2nd car buying experience was different, seemed a bit too busy to help customer. Felt like I was being rushed, ignored sometimes and wasn't even there when I picked up my vehicle. Finance Manager Trevaun Frank was awesome. Very helpful and answered all my questions. In particular, my sales consultant, Dan Leblanc, took his time to explain all of the features of my new car, along with setting everything up for me. He really helped ease my nerves of purchasing and driving the car!

Sales rep Jalen was very responsive and took time with my teenage son to make him feel comfortable and informed when shopping for a new car. Tech man Joel was wonderful as well explaining every little button and patiently answered all of our questions after purchase. Also Michael Boudreaux (not sure of title but the guy in charge of the closing paperwork) was personable and efficient. Had a little confusion when we first got to the dealership to make the purchase but the team worked hard to make sure we left happy.
